Who is DJS?

David Smith is a Management Consultant specialising in information management, customer service and management issues. He is also a Project Manager, Trainer, Mentor and Work / Life Coach. He is based in the North West of England but is active professionally at a UK national level and has worked in England, Wales and Scotland. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Library & Information Professionals (CILIP).
